Submissions to Nortiyus
Given the high volume of business proposals and related materials that Nortiyus evaluates, as well as the commonality among many of these submissions, we are unable to commit to confidentiality, non-use, or non-disclosure obligations regarding any information or materials submitted, provided, or shared with us. When you (or someone acting on your behalf) send information or materials to Nortiyus (each referred to as a “Submission”), you agree that such Submissions are not confidential or proprietary, and Nortiyus may use them freely without any restrictions, acknowledgment, or compensation to you. Nortiyus will not be restricted or prevented from pursuing any opportunities, whether independently or with third parties. Additionally, you (i) agree not to post, send, publish, upload, or transmit through the Services any Submission that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, bullying, abusive, discriminatory, threatening to any individual or group, sexually explicit, false, inaccurate, deceptive, or misleading; (ii) waive, to the extent allowed by applicable law, any moral rights related to such Submissions; and (iii) guarantee that your Submission is original to you or that you possess all necessary rights and permissions to provide it, granting us the authority outlined above with respect to your Submission.

General Use of the Website and Services

We may own the Content, or parts of it may be provided to us through agreements with third parties. This Content is safeguarded by intellectual property laws in the United States and internationally. Unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other legal protections.
